hello my sleep cycle is really screwed up from late nights and waking up late and hence it's a vicious cycle. (but at least i can say im totally adjusted to london time) i'm thoroughly exhausted with all the meet-ups and stuff but i'm also really happy too (: i think that's why i'm totally not feeling sad at all because i've been kept sooo busy! i think i'm a bit weird, am i supposed to be feeling very sad about leaving? because right now the only thing i'm feeling is EXCITEMENT about embracing a new future (:
and i really got to/ will meet everyone i want to before i leave so i'm really happy about that! SEE YALL IN DEC AGAIN I GUESS (: but maybe i'll eat my words the day/night before i leave or when im at the airport or when im there and feeling homesick. but there's always SKYPE right? (:
anyway in case you wanna come send me off: 23rd sept, T3, 11.30 pm flight so i'll be at the airport from 9plus i think!(:

i am so thankful for the BEST FRIENDS EVERRRRRR!! thanks for the supremely successful surprise haha, and for a million laughs and smiles, what with "did we just go through ERP?" "no karen it's 10pm" (it was a carpark haha), and screaming "OMG WE'RE GOING TO GET KNOCKED DOWN BY CARS" cos we heard cars and thought oli and angel were so evil to make us cross roads blindfolded when we were actually on an overhead bridge, and "bridge to aeroplane", THANKS FRIENDS (: i'll really miss all this is london!!!hm other than that i've just been eating A LOT.
both sides of the family have treated me to a sumptious farewell dinner, and yday melanie, jin-an and i stuffed ourselves silly at koukou's house because i knew i wasnt going to see crab, king prawns, LALA, abalone mushrooms and hot and sour soup for another 3 months. looks like i'll put on some of the freshmen fifteen before i leave alr!

i have a throbbing headache and big blisters on my feet and arms so sore it makes wearing clothes difficult.but i am also incredibly happy (:
i've been trying to make full use of my time, spending it with the people i love and doing things i've always wanted to do, like FINALLY GOING TO TIMBRE hahaa. but it also means i've mostly been spending time with the love of my life before i leave hahaa.
the last week was a whirlwind of activity, with meetups with ppl as usual, half dinner, TIMBRE, karaoke, sending bob off ):, CABLE SKI (: (: (:, keppel bay!! (and eggs ben :D), mambo ('what a night!' in edwin's words haha) etc.
cable ski!! omg am i pro or is angel a good photographer?? HAHA THE FORMER OF COURSE (:it was damn awesome. the feeling as if you're gliding on water just makes you inexplicably happy, so i was beaming like a retard most of the time on water until i reached the corners cos it's quite hard to turn the edges. took me a few falls into the water but at the end of it YIPPEE i went a full round twice haha(:

sigh stupid jiaks feeling all sentimental about leaving has spread the emo bug to me and now i can't sleep even though it's 2.21 am ):there were other things but i think i'll just leave one here because it's the only one that i really need my friends to know.
2. i've always envisioned the time i left to be epic and monumental haha. because they say that it's the best time/excuse to say things you've never been able to say and finally let go. but then that seems to be eclipsed by the fact that this won't (and can't) be goodbye, and that hopefully i'll be back in 3 months haha. but still i hope i'll be able to meet everyone who means sth to me in the time before i leave. because even though i'm really bad at showing it (because i believe in not showing emotions/love as a defence mechanism) or maybe just because i'm so lazy, you probably mean a lot to me.

i keep counting down now, and i have exactly 3 weeks left here. i increasingly get more vexed with leaving, no thanks to my mother breathing down my neck about every undone thing now and the fact that i might not be able to come back for my birthday. but amidst all that im still thankful for a gazillion things. camp turned out pretty alright, but the best thing was probably after camp on monday night when karen val and sam came over to my house and we stayed awake and talked till 5am even though we were dead tired from camp. i think i'm very unfriendly haha i like constants in my life. and today i received my first (and probably last) teacher's day present from my tuition kid! HAHA
and there's also gossip girl- i'm in love with "signs" by bloc party. though it's kinda morbid cos it's about someone singing to his lover who's dead? hahaha
ohya and i forgot to blog about this! primary schs are becoming so technology-friendly. remember how in lower primary we had to write journal entries? they've now upgraded to blogs! so baby now has a blog!!!!!!! i wanted to put the link here but it's only for within the school portal. and i was so sad cos i would totally want to read his blog in london, but then daddy said i could always log into his school account to read it (: (: hahaa it's so cute he blogs things like "daryl is my best friend." and "today we went to the zoo. my favourite animal is the tiger" HAHAHA (: (: (: he totally makes me day!
